As an anxious first time mom, I am incredibly grateful for my experience with Om Mama. Elizabeth and Chrissy supported me throughout my pregnancy. Since the minute I signed up with them, they consistently checked in on me and sent useful recommendations for different stages of my pregnancy. When figuring out my birth plan, they were open minded and nonjudgmental about all aspects. Their knowledge and support also helped my husband get comfortable with what the labor and birth experience might be like. I wound up having a medically needed emergency c-section, but Elizabeth rushed to meet us. My c-section experience and post surgery recovery would have been way more stressful and scary if Elizabeth wasn’t there. I also took the newborn care class with Kelly which provided so much great information without being overwhelming. I would definitely recommend on mama and would use them again!
